Reporting from January 1, 2023 in Moldova will be provided only in electronic form.
From January 1, 2023, tax reporting is submitted only in electronic form by all taxpayers (legal or natural persons engaged in entrepreneurial or professional activities), regardless of the number of employees, and resident individuals, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 356/2022.
Reporting will be provided electronically for periods beginning January 1, 2023. The exception is individuals who do not carry out entrepreneurial activities and do not pay income tax at a rate of 2%, and reporting using automated electronic reporting methods is not mandatory. Get an electronic signature To submit declarations using automated electronic reporting methods, you need to have an electronic or mobile signature, which is issued by certified service providers. The process of obtaining an electronic signature is specific to each certification service provider. It can be found on their official pages.
An electronic signature can be obtained from the following certification service providers: Information Technology and Cyber Security Service, Center for Information Technology in Finance, Orange Moldova SA, Moldcell SA, Public Services Agency.
